Welcome to this session of enrichment classes If you are looking for a list of courses, try the courses menu above. If you are ready to register for a class, try the registration menu item.
Important: You do not need an account to register for a class.
Mission
Our PTO sponsors after-school enrichment classes to meet the needs of our students for in-depth exploration of subjects, ideas, and activities, not covered within the regular school day. We’re proud to work with the instructors, school staff, volunteers, and students to provide exemplary after-school learning opportunities in a safe, well-supported environment.
Important Dates
Registration will open on Monday, at 7:00 am, and close on Sunday at 5:00 pm.
Classes start the first Monday of next month.
How this works
Find your classes in the Course Catalog, and then Register for them. You can register for multiple classes at a time, but only one child at a time. On the Registration page, you filter the classes by Day and Grade.
You’ll receive an email once you have registered, and another email once your payment has been processed. Email Heidi for instructions on how to pay by check instead of credit card.
If you know someone that does not have access to a computer, or needs help filling out these forms, please coordinate with someone on the PTO Enrichment Committee and we’ll fill out the form on their behalf.
Financial Aid
Financial Aid is limited to one class per child is decided on by the principal. To request financial aid, merely register for your classes as you normally would, and click the box that reads “Request Financial Aid.” Further instructions will then be shown to you. Financial aid decisions will be communicated back to you within two school days after registration closes.
Enjoy,

JJ, Heidi, Reinara, Lisa (PTO Enrichment Committee)
Policies and Procedures
General
Course Changes: The PTO might cancel or combine classes. This might happen if we have scheduling issues, don’t meet enrollment expectations, If a class is cancelled, you will be notified and your payment will be returned.
Usage of funds: Class fees cover the teachers’ pay, coordinator and monitor costs, administrative fees and a portion of scholarships.
Refunds: No refunds will be given after the last day of the registration period, unless a class is cancelled.
STUDENT ARRIVAL
A monitor will pick up kindergarten students from their classroom teachers at the end of the regular school day and escort them to their enrichment location.
Students in grades 1-6 who don’t attend after-care, are responsible for reporting to class independently. Day time classroom teachers are provided with a list of children participating in enrichment classes. Teachers will release students to their assigned location at the end of the school day. Students enrolled in after-care must first check in with after-care, before going to enrichment class location.
ATTENDANCE
Attendance will be taken at the start of each class. If your child does not report to class and is not on the school’s regular daily absentee list, a monitor will attempt to notify you. The monitor is not responsible for tracking missing children; a message will be left at the primary contact number only. If your child will be in school, but not attending their extracurricular class on a given day, please email Heidi by 1:00 PM so the monitor can be informed.
STUDENT DISMISSAL
You will choose on the registration form whether you are picking your child up or your child will be allowed to walk home. At the conclusion of classes, you or an authorized person are expected to pick up students from their classroom(s). Students not picked up on time will be escorted to the school’s front lobby to wait with the monitor. Class end times vary. Refer to the course catalog descriptions for the specific end times for each class.
LATE PICKUP POLICY
Persons authorized to pick up students must be on time. $1.00/minute late fee will be assessed for late pick up. If a student is picked up late, a bill will be issued at pick up. If a student is picked up late more than one time, that student will no longer be eligible to participate during the current session and will not be given a refund for any remaining classes. Please understand that the adults at the school may very well have their own children, or similar time-sensitive, obligations.
STUDENT BEHAVIOR
There is zero tolerance for bullying. The PTO strictly prohibits teasing, vulgarity, or any behavior that makes another child or teacher uncomfortable. We will send home a warning when a child has acted inappropriately.
Students must participate in the classes they attend and must behave in a manner that does not disrupt learning by other students. The PTO reserves the right of disenrollment of students from classes who do not exhibit appropriate behavior.
VOLUNTEER MONITORS
We will have two parent monitors each day depending on enrollment. As monitor, you will help students get to class, collect attendance, assist with student injury, misbehavior, and class dismissal and must be available in the school lobby for the program duration. If you serve as monitor on your child’s class day each week for the entire session, you will be refunded full tuition for that one course. If you are interested, please check the box on your child’s registration form. Classes will be cancelled if Monitors cannot be found.
